Where a buyer has passed the selling agent’s proceedability checks, their personal data will be shared with an independent mortgage broker for mandatory financial assessment. This is to confirm that the buyer has the funds and financial capacity to proceed through the Custom Build process.

Once a homebuyer has reserved a property at Windlass Court, XERA Innovations Ltd will continue to manage all homebuyer communications throughout the design, build and delivery process.
For legal conveyancing purposes, relevant personal data will be shared with Fourthwright Design & Construction Ltd’s appointed solicitor, who will act as an independent data controller and process personal data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
At legal completion, limited personal data will be shared with Fourthwright Design & Construction Ltd solely for the purposes of practical completion and move-in handover.
